This is a proposed site of the redevelopment of Pickering Town Centre on a 55 acres of land. The site will house 10+ buildings and over 6,000 units. This will a mixed use residential condo, rental, commercial retail, seniors and youth facility, gymnasium, theatre, art gallery, library and parkland development.

Phase 1 is expected to launch fall of 2023. This will bring on the new Downtown Durham. Condo Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for Pickering City Centre Condos is still unknown.

The Pickering GO Train Station, conveniently located just a 12-minute walk away, offers locals access to the Lakeshore East line, enabling them to reach downtown Toronto in under an hour by train.
