The Boutin Tower, proposed by Everlast Group, will be the tallest building in Brampton and is designed to be a modern, sleek addition to the skyline. The design is being handled by MAKOR Architecture, and the building will be located in a convenient location with easy access to nearby destinations such as Garden Square, Gage Park, the Rose Theatre, and the Chris Gibson Park and Recreation Centre. The tower will feature a 2-floor retail space anchored by a grocery store and lined with storefronts, providing convenience for the residents of the tower. The residential units will be market rental suites spread over 38 levels, providing a variety of options for different needs.
